Final Sale Policy: All package purchases are final sale. No refunds will be issued. Any approved adjustments will be issued as store credit only, which holds no cash value.
Partial-Use Policy (Discontinued Treatment): If a client elects to discontinue treatment after using any portion of a discounted package, all redeemed units will be recalculated at the regular, non-discounted retail rate at the time of use. The remaining unused balance may be converted to store credit for future treatments or products.
Example: A client purchases a 50-unit neurotoxin package at $13/unit ($650 total) and redeems 20 units. The 20 units are recalculated at the full retail rate of $14/unit. 20 units × $14 = $280 used. Remaining balance converted to store credit = $370
Unused Package Policy: If no portion of the package has been used, the full purchase amount may be converted to store credit. Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value. Store credit may be applied toward any eligible service or product.
Non-Transferability: All packages and store credits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original purchasing client.
