Black Friday Terms & Conditions

Sale Dates: November 24 – December 1, 2025

Use By: All Black Friday promotions must be used by June 1, 2026. Clients are responsible for booking appointments before the deadline. Unused credits expire after this date and cannot be extended.

Final Sale: All Black Friday purchases are final. No refunds, no extensions, and no exceptions. Black Friday pricing applies only to purchases made during the sale. No adjustments on prior purchases. Not combinable with any other discounts.

Partial-Use Policy (If a Client Chooses Not to Continue Treatment): If a client redeems only part of a discounted package, the monetary value of the units already used will be recalculated at full price. Any remaining value of the package can be converted to credit that can be used towards future treatments or products. This adjustment must be requested on or before March 1st, 2026. For Example: A client purchases a 50-unit Botox bank at $12/unit ($600 total) and redeems 20 units. Per policy, the redeemed units are recalculated at the full price of $14/unit. 20 units × $14 = $280 used. The remaining $320 can be converted into credit for future treatments or products if requested by March 1st, 2026.

Unused Package Policy: If no treatments were used: The full amount paid may be converted to store credit. Store credit is not refundable and has no cash value. Store credit may be used toward any service or product.

Non-Transferable: Packages and credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the client.

Online Purchase Only: All Black Friday deals must be pre-purchased online during the sale dates.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: June 9, 2026

At B.TOX.BAR., we are committed to providing exceptional products and services. Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and medical services, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

MEDICAL SERVICES

All medical aesthetic services, treatments, injections, consultations, treatment packages, memberships, and prepaid services are final sale.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Completed treatments or services
• Dissatisfaction with treatment results
• Changes in personal preference
• Failure to follow post-treatment instructions
• Missed expiration dates associated with promotional purchases

Individual results vary, and no specific treatment outcome can be guaranteed.

PREPAID TREATMENT PACKAGES & PROMOTIONS

Promotional packages, treatment banks, memberships, and special offers are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional purchases are non-refundable
• Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotions may not be combined with other offers
• Packages and promotional credits are non-transferable

Where applicable, unused balances may be converted to store credit in accordance with the specific promotion's terms and conditions.

GIFT CARDS

Gift card purchases are final sale.

Gift cards:

• Are non-refundable
• Have no cash value except where required by applicable California law
• May not be exchanged for cash
• Are non-transferable
• May be used exclusively for services and retail products offered by B.TOX.BAR.

B.TOX.BAR. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

SKIN CARE PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

At B.TOX.BAR., we want our clients to be happy with their purchases and get the best possible results from their skincare products.

Eligible skincare products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

To qualify for a refund:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Products must contain more than 50% of the original product.

• Products may not be altered, tampered with, or intentionally damaged.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Prescription products

• Gift cards

• Promotional or complimentary products

• Clearance or final sale items

• Products returned more than 30 days after purchase

BROKEN, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If a product arrives broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact B.TOX.BAR. as soon as possible and provide:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box

Please retain all packaging materials, shipping boxes, and damaged items until your claim has been reviewed.

If a product is confirmed to have been damaged during shipping or is defective upon arrival, B.TOX.BAR. will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

If a manufacturer defect is discovered after the standard return period has expired, please contact us. We may assist you in obtaining a replacement product through the manufacturer when applicable.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Packages that are refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may be subject to a $15.00 undeliverable package fee, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

STORE CREDIT

Any store credit issued by B.TOX.BAR.:

• Has no cash value

• Is non-transferable

• May not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable California law

• May be applied toward eligible services and retail products

POLICY CHANGES

B.TOX.BAR. reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
