Thank you for shopping with B.TOX.BAR. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed through our website are processed and delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, product launches, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING METHODS

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

B.TOX.BAR. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other events outside our control.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations where permitted by law.

GIFT CARDS

Once your gift card order has been processed, a representative from B.TOX.BAR. will contact you to coordinate delivery. You may choose to receive either:

  • An Electronic Gift Card delivered via email, or
  • A Physical Gift Card shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Gift card orders placed outside of normal business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Gift cards may be redeemed exclusively for services and retail products offered by B.TOX.BAR.

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable California law. Gift cards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or other forms of compensation.

B.TOX.BAR. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat gift cards as cash.

Gift cards purchased through promotional offers, discounts, or special events may be subject to additional terms and conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

If tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once the order has been shipped.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

B.TOX.BAR. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

B.TOX.BAR. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery errors that occur after an order has been shipped.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues. We may assist with carrier claims at our discretion but are not obligated to replace or refund packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at hello@btoxbar.com and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

POLICY CHANGES

B.TOX.BAR. reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
